The paper jammed while I was printing my ticket. What should I do?
Your e-ticket is proof that you have paid admission to the park and it has a unique barcode that will be scanned at the gate. In order to scan the barcode, it is important that the tickets be printed clearly and in full.
If your printer jams, you will need to reprint your ticket in full using the link in your confirmation email that you received after buying your ticket(s) online.
